When will my order ship?
Some products may have a specific shipping window listed on the product page. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate shipping information.
If no shipping window is listed, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times shown at checkout.
I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. If you ordered the wrong size, please place a new order and contact us immediately for return instructions on the original order.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. Can I change it?
We are unable to edit or update shipping information once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
I made two orders today. Can you combine them and refund the balance?
Orders cannot be combined once they have been placed.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, but my card was charged. Did my order go through?
Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after checkout. If you did not receive one but see a charge on your card, this is likely a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank. The hold will usually disappear within 3–5 business days if the order was not completed.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order leaves the United States, tracking updates may stop depending on the destination country's postal service. International delivery times vary and may take several weeks.
