Returns & Exchanges
All sales final – no returns/refunds or exchanges.
Please check that your chosen product size and shipping address are 100% correct as it cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.
If an item arrived damaged, we require visual proof of damage within 7 days of receiving your order. For all requests, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and your order number.
Please allow up to 5 business days for email shipping confirmation and tracking number unless a future shipping window is noted on the product page. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.
We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.
REBEL8 does not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and these charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned to sender packages cannot be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
By ordering merchandise, you agree that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse any orders without warning or explanation.
