I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?

No. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. If you ordered the wrong size, please place a new order and contact us immediately for return instructions on the original order.

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. Can I change it?

No. We are unable to edit or update shipping information once an order has been submitted.

I made two orders today. Can you combine them and refund the balance?

No. We are unable to combine multiple orders or shipments.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, but my card was charged. Did my order go through?

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation and see a charge on your card, this is a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank or credit card company. The hold will be removed within 3–5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged, or processed.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order leaves the United States, tracking updates may stop. International delivery may take several weeks or longer, depending on your country’s postal service.
