If an item arrived damaged, we require visual proof of damage within 7 days of receiving your order. For all requests, please contact customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and your order number.
Please allow up to 5 business days for email shipping confirmation and tracking number unless a future shipping window is noted on the product page. Shipping days are Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays.
We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your local mail carrier immediately to locate your package or check with your neighbors.

Returned to sender packages cannot be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
