I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

If the purchased item is the incorrect size you need to place a new order. Please email​ ​shop@rebel8.com​ immediately after placing the new order for instructions on how to return your initial order.

When do you restock?

We make our product in highly limited quantities. That means once something sells out, we probably will never make it again.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, but my card was charged. Did my order go through?

Order confirmations are received immediately after your order is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation and your card has been charged this is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have contacted your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged, or processed.

I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

Which countries do you ship to?

REBEL8 ships globally. Shipping charges are determined at checkout.

How do I open up a wholesale account and sell REBEL8 in my store/distribution?

If you are interested in carrying REBEL8 in your shop, email shop@rebel8.com. Please include the following information in your request: store name, address, minimum of 4 store photos including interior & exterior, list of brands the store currently carries, and buyer contact information. If you do not include the requested information, you will not receive a response.
