I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. If the purchased item is the incorrect size you need to repurchase the correct size and we will refund your incorrect order. Please email​ ​shop@rebel8.com​ within 30 min of your order to process your refund properly.

When do you restock?

We make our product in highly limited quantities. That means once something sells out, we probably will never make it again.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, but my card was charged. Did my order go through?

Order confirmations are received immediately after your order is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation and your card has been charged this is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have contacted your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged, or processed.

I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

Which countries do you ship to?

REBEL8 ships globally. Shipping charges are determined at checkout.
