I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. If the purchased item is the incorrect size you need to place a new order. Please contact us immediately after placing the new order for instructions on how to return your initial order.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit an order once it has been submitted.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, but my card was charged. Did my order go through?
Order confirmations are received immediately after your order is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation and your card has been charged this is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have contacted your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged, or processed.
I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
REBEL8® ships globally. Shipping charges are determined at checkout. Your tracking number may stop working once your order leaves the United States. Please be patient. It may take weeks to months to successfully deliver your package and/or be notified by your country's postal service.
