Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All sale items are final.

PREPARE PACKAGE

Complete the return form provided with your order and pack your​ ​return​ ​securely with the original packaging if possible. Stick the prepaid shipping label provided to the exterior of the box.

DROP IT OFF

Drop your package off at your nearest FedEx location and we’ll process your return​ ​once it has arrived at our warehouse.

We’ll notify you once your items have been received and your refund has been processed. All returns are subject to a restocking/shipping fee of $10.00. Expect an email for your records.

Lastly, we would love your feedback on how we could improve our products. Please email shop@rebel8.com if there’s anything you think we should know.​

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Declare your package as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and keep the tracking number for your records.

Request insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have a damaged or defective item, contact shop@rebel8.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll take care of you!
