1. How long will my package take to get to me?
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (but we usually ship within 24-hours!). After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

3. The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?
We don't restock most products. We urge you to buy it when you see it so you don't miss out forever. Best thing to do is visit the site weekly. Hint: we drop new shit every Thursday.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
I tried placing an order and I didn't receive an order confirmation but it’s showing up on my credit card statement as being charged.
This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have already contacted them and they will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.
I forgot to enter my discount code.
Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it.
What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?
To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:
Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Will I be charged tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for the state of California only.
Are duties and taxes included with international orders?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
