  • How long does shipping take?

    We process orders within 1-3 business days, then ship. All in all, standard U.S. shipping takes 1-6 business days depending on your address. International orders are shipped via USPS and can be expected to take up to 14 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx and USPS. We do not add any handling fees. The live rates fluctuate and we have no control of how they adjust.

  • What if I need to change my order?

    No worries! Orders are cancelable for up to one hour after they are placed. Any time past that our warehouse is likely packing up your shipment and cannot cancel or change it in any way.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. We currently do not ship to Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, or Tunisia.

  • Are your prices in USD?

    All listed prices are in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you'll ultimately be charged.

  • Are duties and taxes included with international orders?

    Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

  • Where's my package?

    For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

  • What if I need to change my address?

    You cannot change your address, however orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 15-day return policy. All sale items are final. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • How do I exchange my order?

    We suggest that you return your original purchase for a refund before ordering in a new size or color. Once the return parcel has been processed, and your refund issued, you will receive a notification email. You can then reorder whenever is convenient.

  • How do I return a gift?

    Send a message to shop@rebel8.com and include any information you have (order number, item, name of person who ordered, etc). Only non-sale items purchased from REBEL8.com are eligible for return. There are no refunds for gift purchases, but we do offer store credit in the form of a gift card.

  • When can I expect my refund?

    Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

  • What if my items are damaged or defective?

    If you have a damaged or defective item, contact shop@rebel8.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of you!

  • I placed an order, it didn’t go through, but it’s showing up on my credit card statement as being charged.

    This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have already contacted them and they will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.

  • Can you send me stickers?

    No, but we freely add a handful of them to every order.

  • Do you sell items that aren't available online?

    While some stockists carry exclusive REBEL8 designs that we don't sell on our website, we only sell the latest REBEL8 collection online.

  • Do you restock sold out products?

    No.
